Update on Andrew-December 14th

Andrew continues to do well. The real struggle right now is just the reality of what all happened setting in. He was able to read quite a bit on this site yesterday and he learned more details of the gravity of the situation he has been in. I know that has to be so very much to take in. Andrew also received his purple heart yesterday!! So, all in all, yesterday was a fairly emotional day for all. Please continue to lift him up. He needs a lot of prayer right now more than ever. The battle is now an emotional one as well as the physical one. I can’t wait to get there tomorrow and be with him during this time. Please pray for travel safety for Caroline, Courtney and I as we are on the road all day tomorrow. Thank you all for your care and concern. ~Katherine
